The first stage of this research work led to the pointing out and characterization of signs of disturbance in the didactical system. Our goal here is to explain the regulations bearing on the mathematical content assumed during such disturbance. The work presented here is based on Guy Brousseau's course during the 8th Summer School of Didactics of Mathematics entitled «The Teacher in the Theory of Didactical Situations». It confirms in particular the importance and the relevance of modelling local decisions of the teacher through the notion of local didactical contract.
